When I met Alek I immediately felt comfortable with him. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and by far the most thorough in comparison to the others. Most importantly, I felt he was trustworthy and he did not disappoint. Installers were courteous, professional and respected our home. Serge and Oleg, the installation team, arrived at time. They were polite and worked efficiently and carefully to remove the old frames and windows and to install the new windows, frames, and sashes. Also, they were careful to remove any items that could be in the way.They did their best to answer any questions we had. They did a reasonable clean-up job in each of the work areas. The factory representative Eugene Yarmarkov and Alex Razimor are enthusiastic and stand behind their product. They did their best to answer any questions and provide information. They gave us a very reasonable price for both the brick-to-brick installation and replacement of our old (40+ years) windows as well for the installation and replacement of two storm doors. So far, we are very pleased with the new windows and storm doors, the overall workmanship, and the efforts from the installation team and the factory representatives.
